  • Unsealed, used, or physically damaged items are not eligible for return.

• Customers must inform us within the 7-day window via call or message before sending the item back.

• We will verify the issue. If approved, a replacement will be arranged.

• Refunds are issued only if the replacement is not available.

⚙️ Warranty

• All products come with a 7-day seller warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Some products include an official brand warranty; warranty coverage and process depend on the manufacturer’s policy.

• Damage due to misuse, water exposure, or unauthorized repair voids the warranty.

🚚 Return Shipping

• For verified manufacturing defects, ACS Gadgets will cover the return shipping cost.
